how do I add the print friendly add on to the menu bar

I have installed and enabled it but can't get the button to show

Would think that this is a Print Friendly Issue and not a Firefox Issue: Please refer to Support at Print Friendly https://support.printfriendly.com/

Thank you. I reinstalled it from their website and it is now showing.
