I can't get into my aol mail to fix anything; also I'm being my password is no good.
I can't do anything with Firefox. My favorites are all gone and I'm being to go to AOL mail for more info and I can't get into my e-mail. It's a catch22.

If you have some info there in your mail that may help you can you not use another browser to go read and try ?
How are you going to read this then ? Try using this redirect to get into AOL mail http://www.webmail.aol.com
Can you please expand on your issue as to when Firefox worked right for you last and what were you doing when it did not ?
Did you get any Windows 10 updates ?
Did you install anything ?
