I recently agreed to be in a trial or survey for firefox, since then my pc barely works, how can I leave the trial?
The trial I agreed to was about reloading pages. There was a description of how to leave the trial early, but I can't find it. I really want to leave the trial, as ever since I joined - about 3 days ago - trying to search is almost impossible, everything takes so long and then fails. Can anybody help me please?

If you type about:addons into the address bar, you should be able to disable the add-on labelled Pulse which I believe is the survey that you refer to.
Sorry to see you leave the survey, but I hope that this helps with browsing the web.
Hi Seburo, thanks for your answer. I did what you said and got several choices re Pulse, ( and you're right, it was a Pulse survey, I just couldn't remember what it was until you said it) but none of them seemed to be about the survey. I've looked on my control panel and there doesn't seem to be an addon for this on my pc. Basically, I can't connect to anything which gives me an option to delete. :(
