Are we talking about Firefox or Win IE? Does Win IE open when you are using Firefox? Is Firefox your default browser?

Can you take a snapshot of what you are talking about?

I'm talking about Internet Explorer (Win IE). For some reason, I can't take a screenshot of it. Trust me, every time I open up IE, whether or not I have Fire Fox open at the same time, strange links are appearing in my IE History. Right now I've got IE as my default Browser, but I've tried Firefox as my default browser, and it still does the same thing. Very strange. Don't know what to make of it. I may stop using Firefox if I can't stop this.

Try doing this; Taking a Screen shot; Windows > Start > search box > Snip. Select Snipping Tool. Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot. Save the picture(s) to your desktop. Now look at the Reply box below. Press the button under it that says Browse. Now select the screenshot(s) from the desktop and load them one at a time.

You said that Win IE is the default browser. It could be that something (one of your programs) is calling for the internet.

Firefox normally has no effect on IE, so it sounds quite suspicious.

Could you open the Windows Control Panel, Uninstall a Program. After the list loads, click the "Installed on" column heading to see what else installed around the same time as Firefox. Anything unexpected?

If you use IE's Manage Add-ons feature, is there anything unexpected there? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17447/windows-internet-explorer-11-manage-add-ons
