How do I stop message about "Upgraded notifications" every time Firefox starts?

Just got upgraded to Firefox ESR 45.2.0. Every time Firefox starts, I get a pop-up with a title of "Upgraded notifications". The text says "You can now receive updates from sites that are not currently loaded. Click to learn more." I want to stop receiving that message.

See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
