I am using the Archive function when it pops up. I am unable to find the archived files??? Where do they go?
The pop up says you can save disc space by archiving. I have looked at my archive files that show up in my folders list, but there are no files there? Where do I find them then? I am using MAC OS

I don't know what you mean by archiving.

Are you using Thunderbird, or something else, for your webmail?
What that message means is the programs work files now have large empty areas and can be compressed to save on disk space. You can go ahead and do it.
