I have gone into options/applications/actions to set Word to open in Word, etc. yet every time I click on an attachment to open it, I get a message asking I want to open the attachment in the appropriate program and to make that my default. So I click "yes" to no avail because I get the same question with the next attachment and the one after that. It's about enough to drive me back to IE!
