firefox 46.0.1 is very slow on searches, is this a known bug?
When i try searching for anything using Firefox, it takes a very long time. When i try that same search using Bing, the results are instant.

Firefox is not a search engine. It uses search engines. What are you using as your default?
Type about:preferences#search<enter> in the address bar.
