hi, thank you for providing a crash id. this looks like it may be caused by external software on the computer. please go into your system's control panel and remove any software labelled "Freecorder" or similar or by the publisher "Applian Technologies" or any other toolbars.

Thank you! I went into applications and both "freecorder 5" and "freecorder toolbar" are installed, when I click uninstall/change nothing happens!! Please help!

this appears to be a video downloader tool. however, if you are not sure how that ended up on your device, you should probably run scans for adware on your system with those two tools:

  1. malwarebytes antimalware (free)
  2. adwcleaner
