Mozilla has had official Win64 Firefox builds for Release since Firefox 42.0 in case Win64 is the reason for using the third-party Waterfox version.

here's the addon drom firefox https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/deutsch-de-language-pack/ but Waterfox isnt Firefox so if you wanna check their site, which by the way has all the downloads. https://www.waterfoxproject.org/downloads
