
Can't send or recieve emails due to win 7 firewall blocking despite being allowed.
Windows 7 firewall is blocking thunderbird despite thunderbird being in the allowed list. This is happening on ALL my email accounts. All the server settings are correct. I have turned firewall of & t/bird works fine so I know its the firewall & not my anti virus. What may cause this & how can I fix?

Windows 7 firewall is blocking thunderbird despite thunderbird being in the allowed list.
The Windows firewall does not block any outgoing connections. If you need to allow Thunderbird in the Windows firewall now you deliberately messed with it before (for whatever reason).
I have turned firewall of & t/bird works fine so I know its the firewall & not my anti virus.
Are you certain this is the Windows firewall? If so, then ask in a Microsoft forum.
