Bookmarks Window doesn't show Close button on Mac after El Capitan Update Split Window View

Hi,

With the recent update on Mac for El Capitan,

There is a new tool where you can open your browser window into 2 equally resized parts on your computer screen (El Capitan Split Window View).

I did this with mozilla firefox with the browser and the Bookmarks window to clear old bookmarks.

However, I am unable to close the Bookmarks Window as ever since I did this, the X or Resize buttons do not show up anymore.

I would have to FORCE QUIT Firefox browser every time to close it.

Is there a way to fix this?
