How can I find the name of an add-on running in Firefox / Win7
I want to use the same Firefox add-on I have on my desktop on my laptop, but I can't remember the add-on's name. How can I find that. I'm running Win7 on my desktop.

Hi, please open the Add-ons Manager Ctrl+Shift +A > Extensions.
If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you.
I followed your instr4uctions, got ot Extensions, and nothing is showing. I know I downloaded an add-on because it's working all the time.
Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter. Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard.. Then in the reply box at the bottom of this page, do a right click in the box and select Paste. This will show us your system details. No Personal Information Is Collected.
You assume I know as much as you. I followed your instructions and nothing remotely resembling a "main banner" appeared; there was no button as you described.
What "address bar?"
What "main banner?"

What "address bar?"
The address bar or box displays what the current window is showing.

I was able to find the "about:support" page and could follow all your instructions ... except ... there is no "reply box at the bottom of this page."
