How to hide command bar for more web page viewable area
Command bar takes up to much space. I would like to "hide" it while viewing web pages. I was able to on my other pc. Hovering over the area at top would reveal the command bar, otherwise it would be out of sight. Any ideas? Windows 7 pro

Hi, do you mean the menu bar with File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Help? To bring it up temporarily, press Alt. Or you can control it by right clicking in the tab bar (but not on a tab) and tick/check Menu Bar as required.
If you are referring to full screen mode, please see - How to make Firefox and websites go full screen.

What you're describing definitely sounds like full screen view as mentioned by Scribe. That does also hide the Windows Taskbar.
