Hi, how do I change the screen resolution?

I keep being told to change the screen resolution but am not sure how to do this and would appreciate some advice before I do the wrong thing.

I do not believe this is an issue with Firefox, but I have had a look into it and I think I may be able to help.

The screen resolution is a setting in Windows 8 that you will need to change. I have found this walk through (with screenshots) that should help you.
