i would like a breakdown of what I have from mozilla firefox but either I am looking in the wrong place or I dont have a firewall?

Firefox is a web browser and, whilst it does have security features included, does not come with a firewall.

I notice that you are using Windows 7. That does have a firewall, the settings for which can be accessed through the Windows Control Panel.
