How do I fix the same device & profile from being quadruplicated?
I often use Firefox Sync to send tabs from mobile to my desktop Developer Edition. This worked great, until about two weeks ago or so. I used to have a single device to send the tab to, and then it exploded into these options:
- DevFox (the name I gave the browser and device combo)
- MacBook Air
- Firefox on VS980 4G (the same phone I'm sending the tab from)
- MacBook Air (again)
- Firefox on MacBook Air
- tigt's Firefox Developer Edition on MacBook Air
The support answers for fixing sync problems seem to be "wait for old devices to stop showing up," which isn't quite the same problem. I've attached a screenshot of the list of devices it shows me.
