Firefox does not start up. I get the error message "Firefox has stopped working" and give me the option to check internet for solution. Internet Explorer does not load as well. I have run System Config and found no errors. Only IE and Firefox apps are having problems. Below is the data from the error message:

Do you have access to the web with your other programs? Run an update on something.
Have your ISP test your service.
Unplug the power to the modem for a slow 10 count to reset it.
Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.
Under Advanced, Select Network. Look for Configure How Firefox Connects and press the Settings button. If you are using a proxy, make sure those settings are correct. If there is no proxy, first use No Proxy. If there is a problem, then try System Proxy.
Some problems occurs when your Internet security program was set to trust the previous version of Firefox, but no longer recognizes your updated version as trusted. Now how to fix the problem: To allow Firefox to connect to the Internet again;
- Make sure your Internet security software is up-to-date (i.e. you are running the latest version).
- Remove Firefox from your program's list of trusted or recognized programs. For detailed instructions, see

I have the same trouble too. The stranger is I can start the Firefox web page by left click the Firefox Pined on Taskbar with one pined or frequent web pages that previous the Firefox was working and visited.
I tried either way , normal mode or safe mode but were still unable to start up it. Attached please find the troubleshooting image for your reference.
Your kindly helps would be appreciated.
Best regards.
Very very amazing as when I started up the other browser i.e. Chrome and visited some web pages then turn off . And restart up Firefox, then it working without any stops or trouble occurs. Now my trouble has solved and hopefully, if someone has the same trouble, may try this way.
