I get "A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding" message sometimes and I do not know how to fix it.

This doesn't happen 100% of the time but just enough to were it becomes irritating. It has happened dozens of times before but I am just now finally deciding to ask about it. Just recently using Hulu.com, while watching a video, it occurred.

A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue.

If I choose Debug script, I do not know what to do beyond there. Clicking Continue or Stop script does not solve the problem, as whatever causes this problem happens again. I am unable to click anywhere on the page until I get the message once again and I end up having to ctrl + alt + delete to close Mozilla Firefox. I have 0 extensions installed and I keep a close eye on them as well. I can go out of the way to avoid dealing with this problem but any advice for future references would be appreciated. Thank you.
