I've tried repeatedly to use Firefox this morning, but when I click on links and enter addresses pages won't load. This support site only semi-works. I found one support solution that suggested going to the start menu and selecting Run and entering cmd to ping google. I took a screenshot of the results. I'm attempting to upload the image but it may not work. I have internet access and am able to access websites using other browsers. I prefer Firefox so if there's something that can help make it usable again, that would be great!

Some problems occurs when your Internet security program was set to trust the previous version of Firefox, but no longer recognizes your updated version as trusted. Now how to fix the problem: To allow Firefox to connect to the Internet again;

  • Make sure your Internet security software is up-to-date (i.e. you are running the latest version).
