THE CONNECTION WAS RESET message appears while trying to open https://comtax.kerala.gov.in/web/iCOMITRAX/loginRPS.jsp
Some websites - secured once like https://comtax.kerala.gov.in/web/iCOMITRAX/loginRPS.jsp cant open. The connection was reset error message comes. Only for some https.

Thank you all for the support.
After some research., I found that the problem was caused by the Firewall activated by AVAST antivirus Free.
Stopped this Firewall for the time being and the website loaded successfully. This website is owned by Government authorities and used by millions across the country. It is available 24X7-365 days without any interruption. I feel it is safe also. Anyway, now the problem solved.

and web page at present. I did not when I first tried.
Perhaps the site itself is not reliably available 24/7.
Generally This is one of many sites that may help you get an indication of whether or not a site is available
However the only page visible in this instance may be the logon page. That may just reject pings used to try and check.

Maybe I miss typed the URL previously it is also showing as working using the check site http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/comtax.kerala.gov.in.html
