Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences<Enter> in the address bar

Select Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?

I don't see any error. did it go away when you took the snap? If you have a cell phone or other camera, use it. Load the picture and post.it. Be sure the picture is clear, not fuzzy.
