I thought it was flash from that abominable company adobe but many times I'm not even on a page with flash elements on it...

it crashes ALL the time (every 10, 20 minutes)

I cant imagine I'm saying this but I'm considering moving back to IE :( the golden days of firefox are behind us now

Firefox 10.0.5 ?? Your User Agent is telling web sites that is your version of Firefox.

Very much out of date, along with your flash version being out of date. If you still think your Firefox installation is "up-to-date", see this: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-say-firefox-outdated-or-incompatible

Firefox 32 is available here. http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/fx/#desktop
