add icons to saved bookmarks on toolbar
Hi,
I have recently added some bookmarks to my toolbar and I was wondering if and how I can add a little picture or icon next to the Name of the bookmark (like the little horse or whatever it is next to the "getting Started" bookmark)
Sorry this is probably really straight forward and my 5 year old son could would be able to work it out but I am however, technologically challenged.
Thank you for you for your valued time. Looking forward to hearing from you
Regards, Kirsty

I'm having some trouble with your question. Usually when you save a bookmark to the Bookmarks Toolbar it comes complete with icon and over-long title. The title can be abbreviated right down to nothing.
Try this. Open the Customize palette via the 3-Bar button, and right down the bottom under Mode check that "icons and text" is selected.

Try this alternative solution
Use the ROOMY Bookmark, it shows only the FAVICON of the URL.

Kirsty,
Have you used those bookmarks yet?
The favicon should appear the first time each bookmark is used, as long as the website uses a favicon.
[I'm sure this isn't news but I'm not getting email advices. I presume the original posters aren't either.]
I found this;
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/sitelauncher/ SiteLauncher 2.7.0 By David Morrison
Add-on for Firefox that gives you a super-fast way to to open your favorite sites using keyboard shortcuts. Pressing Ctrl + Space invokes the 'Launcher' followed by a single key press to open a specific site. Example: open Facebook by Ctrl+Space, F.
'FredMcD 'I think you might have landed in the wrong place.
That's odd, I thought I put that on another post.
