Unwanted links are put throughout my webpage - how do I stop this?

All my webpages have links in random positions throughout. This happened once before and I fixed but this time I am no luck.

Try Start in Safe Mode, sometimes this problem is caused by addons:

Case the problem doesnt occur in Safe Mode:

Sometimes the problem can be Malwares:

Also, you can use addons to block popups/ads:

Thank you. My kids got in and followed instructions and my machine is alright again. Corg
