How do I bring up sign in on my phone to sync with my PC?

Help me with the sync to correspond with the default on the phone.

I am unable to sync the bookmarks from my android to my pc. Unable to find the sync and apply on phone to sync with QR code on PC.

I have re-synced by desktop and laptop today, but I am unable to sync with my Android phone.
The instructions say to bring up firefox on my phone and click sign in. But whenever I type 'firefox.com' or 'firefox.com/pair' into my firefox browser on my Android phone, I get a version that offers to download firefox! I've been using it for years. I cannot find a way to sign in as instructed.
This has been a very frustrating experience, and I generally expect Mozilla/Firefox to do better.

at the menu of firefox browser cannot find synchronization and Dave Data. it is in Greek is that the reason for not existing in settings this option ? ?

Phone does not have sync and save data option or ready to scan on Firefox menu so can't complete instruction to pair laptop with Android phone.
