My desktop Firefox (version 155.0.1) has recently became unable to consistently access the Web site at this Web site this Web site. Chrome successfully accesses the site 100% of the time. Firefox's connection failures are intermittent, unpredictable, and usually go away on their own after varying time intervals (sometimes can't connect for up to 24 hours). I see status messages saying Firefox is trying to connect to the site, but it eventually gives up and times out.

I cleared the Firefox cache, but that had no effect. I don't recall making any significant changes to the Firefox settings lately. Any suggestions on what to look at/try would be greatly appreciated.

(Yes, I know the site doesn't use https: Its protocol is outside my control).

The spacing between my Top Sites icons is way too large, making the grid look unnaturally stretched out and leaving too much empty space on the screen.Here is the weird behavior I noticed:When I run Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode (Safe Mode), the layout looks perfectly fine, tight, and compact — exactly how it used to be.If I use the "Refresh Firefox" feature, the compact layout returns to normal in the regular mode, but only temporarily. As soon as I launch Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode again and then switch back to the normal profile, the layout breaks once more, and the huge gaps between the shortcuts reappear.

Is there a way I can have Firefox permanently offer the option to generate a secure password? Many, many, MANY times Firefox will not recognize that a particular input field is for a password, and therefore does not offer the option to generate one. Considering everything on this forsaken planet requires creating an account now, this minor issue has become very common and annoying for me.

To reiterate: I would like Firefox to always offer to generate a password, regardless of how the input field is labeled or marked up. Thanks!

edit: I don't know how to delete this. turns out this is a known bug on firefox on linux. Firefox cannot actually save payment info, but doesn't serve an error to the user. however in the console it will throw a NS_ERROR_ABORT error: "User canceled OS unlock entry" error when it tries to save. the one solution i looked at seemed way too complicated for me so i am simply going to give up and try to keep my cc closer to me and not get frustrated when it doesn't work.

With the latest update to version 155, I lost all my tabs.

In my Settings, Startup, I do have checked "Open previous windows and tabs". This has worked many times after shutdown and restarting.

But this latest update did not start ver 155 with all my tabs. Has anyone else seen this? On Win 11 laptop. Steveg

I would like to be able to turn off preload of videos (and images) so that I can watch a page with a lot of videos and only load those that I want to see. This is important if you don't have a high bandwith or a lot of data. I am sure I have done this before but now I am not able to achieve that.

I cannot log on to my Facebook account with Firefox. I get blocked when it demands a code from an authenticator app. which I don't have and the alternate logins do not work. I can log in using Chrome, disable 2fa, change my password, etc. and it doesn't seem to apply to my Facebook access on Firefox. I have one Facebook password when I use Firefox and another when I use Chrome. Is there some memory feature on Firefox that I don't know about

Hello, I accidentally disabled clipboard permissions on the site Magma.com and I am unable to find a way to enable it again in any of the settings. The site itself prompts me to find the clipboard icon, however, there isn't one.

I'm only noticing it when using Facebook, but an Internet search says the setting is in my browser. I've now checked my Firefox settings and see nothing about it. Would appreciate help.

I can place bets @ Bovada website when usingGoogle Chrome' but not when using Firefox. This is a recent development as far as I can tell. I previously had no issues placing bets while using Firefox @ Bovada. Frustrating.because I do not like using Chrome.

when I click on my AOL mail in a few seconds it freezes my computer, if on chrome it works fine, had computer we dune $155 but still the same. this dose the same thing on my lap top. all other sites work fine till I click on AOL mail.......

When I select Photos from menu (top right bars), I get Google message that there is a problem with my cookie settings and I need to enable them. I haven't changed them.

Prior to recent Firefox updates I would use this browser to open our property's security app Brivo. I would do this by typing 10.10.112.16 into the search window for an open tab. This would then open the application and allow me to then log into the app. This path is no longer accessible. Error message is attached
