Forgot my Firefox log in to access my email. How do I recover access to my email account on Firefox?

I have been round and round and round. No passwords are acceptable. My recovery key did not work.
Can you shower me my user name and password
Cannot login. Always says password incorrect. Changed password numerous times, always using recovery key. No luck. Please help.
