Can no longer access my Billpay due to message saying Outdated browser

I am on Mac Mojave 10.14.6 using Firefox 115.36 Oesr on esr update channel for many years. Unable to access Billpay due to message saying outdated browser yet Firefox says Firefox is up to date on the drop down box for Firefox. Up until tonight I had the ability to select option of "Continue with outdated browser" but did not have that option today. Should I contact Billpay as well as you?

I believe that I purchased a lifetime subscription to fireshot pro and I don't know how to place this on Firefox so that I don't have it asking me for money. Please tell me what to do. Thank you very much
