I got the message see beloy (French text translated by Deepl into english). The full french message is attached. "Mozilla logo Your Mozilla account and data will be deleted in 7 days Your Mozilla account is used to access free privacy and browsing products such as Firefox sync, Mozilla Monitor, Firefox Relay and MDN. Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted on Thursday, May 15, 2025 due to your inactivity."

I can't understand this messsage as I use daily several times the Mozilla products Thunderbird and Firebird. Please dont cancel my account as it would have catastrophic consequences. Please tell me what I should do to avoid that cancellation.

I keep getting email from accounts@firefox.com saying my account is going to be closed since I haven't used it in two years. I use it constantly! I have it downloaded to my Dell laptop, and I use it all the time. Is this a scam?

My address has changed since original Firefox sign in. You asked for main email which I used . It’s ok but different from original. Can I have the one on my computer which is old and the new one for Firefox on my phone?

bold hallo. I have received today a message , allegedly, from Mozille saying that my account will be closed in 7 days because have not used it for sometime. It is incorrect and not true. I have registered vtsundrarajan@gmail.com in many Indian government portals such as GSTIN, Ice gate.gov.in, and DEFT. Many of these sites are also used as ID for more than 40 days, I have not been able to log in to my Gmail account or recovery email ID kindly describe issue to rectify the probelem

I always use Mozilla/Firefox for this and have for a few years. It says that I created an account 2 weeks ago.

Here is the email I received:

"A couple of weeks ago you created a Mozilla account, but never confirmed it. For your security, we will delete the account if not verified in the next 24 hours."

Is this a legitimate email?

My account was temporary restricted because hacked by some one when I try to regain It is not possible I would like to ask for help to access it and change password. Thanks for help
