I am not able to use Mozilla Firefox on my computer. It's the only browser I have been using. When I tried logging in today, I got a pop up the said: 147.0.1 is not compatible with min version 147.0, max version 147.0. Try to reinstall. I reinstalled but no luck. Please help. I need my bookmarks.

I love my current Firefox settings, bookmarks, folders and color, background image, dark mode. All I want to do is to create a Firefox browser backup file. I don't want to restore or sync anything. I just want a backup file in case of computer failure to restore to my next computer if ever necessary. I'm using Windows 10. I think they used to be "json" files? The only "Backup" link in the menu only addresses Restoring from a file. I just want to create a backup file for this current browser just the way it is. Is there a simple solution? How do I edit my e-mail address to a new one? I have to change all my accounts due to my current e-mail provider retiring their domain and switching to a new one.

Since upgrading to 147 last night, ChatGPT does not work and there are issues with other websites (Amazon side bar). Numerous people reported it on reddit. Any suggestions for a fix?

After upgrading to version 144 in Windows 11, the portable version of firefox stopped opening, the splash screen appears and shuts down. If you run firefox.exe, it works, but the portable program itself crashes and won't start. There is nothing in the logs, antivirus is off, windows security is turned off. How to fix this?

Hello! Recently i migrate to Windows 11 25H2 and when i use sleep mode and open browser after waking PC up - browser opens without all previously opened tabs and i need always use Ctrl+Shift+T to restore them. Sure, checkbox to "restore all previous tabs" are on. BUT! If i reboot PC (via shutdown or Shift+Reboot) and launch browser - all previously opened tabs are present. Found this issue 2-3 weeks ago and still cannot fix it.

How do I get into Mozilla settings and make sure Firefox updates are set for windows 11? Also, I need to track a package with UPS today & their website says pop-ups needs to be on. How is that done?
