Use show all bookmarks or organise bookmarks they both open the bookmarks library or bookmarks manager. If you select any folder or bookmark its information shows up and may be edited. AFAIK the name always shows by default, the other columns and items are optional.

You can change the name of the folder in the text box beside Name: which is located above Description: Two ways to find it. Right click on the folder and choose Properties or choose Show All Bookmarks on the Bookmarks tab and then click on the folder you want to rename.
