My Talk Talk web mail will not allow me access to my inbox since upgrading to vsn 4 Mozilla (says "You have unresolved e-mails"). Access ok through internet explorer.

Since upgrading to Mozilla vsn 4 I can no view e-mails on my Talk Talk webmail. I can access via Internet Explorer, but get a message "You have unresolved e-mails" and cannot access the inbox. I can log in but cannot go into my e-mails.

Please help. Talk Talk technical help say it is something on the Mozilla download. I have cleared history, caches and browsing cookies, so it's not that. I have also re-installed Mozilla vsn 4.
