Not a browser issue. You need to figure out what process is causing those pop ups. Use this to see the processes and post a screenshot. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer

I'll guess Windows... If windows, home or pro? If windows, are you running any security software besides MS Defender? What version of Firefox?
