The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or developers. If you want to leave feedback for developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Share ideas and feedback…. Alternatively, you can use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

I find myself looking for insecure workarounds to make the support page dark. I want to visit the site, but am avoiding it due to the blinding nature of it... Right now, I'm suffering through it to hopefully find a way! Mozilla has been a lifesaver, this is just a suggestion, throwing it out there is all!

You can change the look of *.mozilla.org sites with userContent.css as I have done so for support.mozilla.org before though the .css I have is rather old and the support forum has changed a bit a few times since. Mozilla does have dark mode on some of their sites as bugzilla.mozilla.org has a dark mode thankfully.

As for why support.mozilla.org does not have a dark mode currently https://github.com/mozilla/protocol/issues/647
