Have you tried clicking "Print using the system dialog" at the bottom of the print preview settings?

There is not a option there either. is there a repair for this?

Those dialogs are controlled by your printer drivers, look for the "Duplex" setting. You can create a custom Print Profile to make it a system-wide default.
