Why does Firefox have to reload the page of an underlying tab when I close the tab/page over it?
When I open a page to a web site then open a tab (which then covers the prior page) to see another web site, that when I close the second tab/page it forces a redraw of the first page? It is a terrible waste of my data and of my time. I thought these things were cached and that it need not reload the page.
If there is a option I can set in about:config to disable this problem, please let me know. Otherwise this is something that needs to be fixed.
Bad enough Firefox is slower than the prior version to Quantum.
