Firefox permissions regarding webcam and microphone don't work

Firefox allows access to my webcam and/or microphone regardless of what permissions I set for that site. I have attached a screenshot with the settings made for a webRTC test site. You can see my settings in the window below, you can also see the icon next to the URL about video being disabled, but the video is working and the pop-up with permissions says "Allowed Temporarily" (without even asking me).

Could you tell me what more to change/check so that firefox blocks or at least asks my permission each time?
