Thanks christ1 but these "One size fits all" answers of Mozilla never seem to work for me. There is always 1 thing that's different that screws up the works. It would be nice if there was some real time way of fixing the problem like telephone or computer chat. drkent

You could pay for Microsoft Outlook. They have a staffed help desk. Free software does not have paid employees.
