I am unable to log in to my Hootsuite Pro account on Firefox for Mac desktop on a macbook Pro. I can log in on Chrome desktop on the same device and on my iphone. Only Firefox is giving me a log in problem. Please assist, thanks.

Recently, a couple of web pages I've tried to accessible do not load -- I only get a blank white screen.

I've checked possible issue with a firewall, with no resolution. Also checked other security and privacy settings without finding a solution.

This is a recent happening, only happens with a few sites ... which seem to work fine on other browsers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. jb

The browser brings the log in interface and when log in credentials are submitted, the attached page response appears. Kindly help resolve as there are tasks that urgently need my attention.

I've accessed and viewed You Tube for years, but as of 7/26/26 it will no longer open on my computer. I'm 77 years old, live alone, and not computer savvy, so I have no idea why or what to do about it. It's one of the few things I had left to enjoy in retirement. Can you help?

When I enter "windband.org" into the URL box, Firefox 153.0, 64-bit on new Windows 11 system delivers the webpage of "videncorporation.com". This does not happen if the entry is "http://windband.org". Windband.org does not have a security certificate. If the request is "windband.org/oldtowne". the webpage is properly returned.

Trying to watch a video on Nebula and it will not load. Receiving the following errors:

Just made a new profile and wiped everything from my history following another issue which isn't strictly speaking resolved. I am unable to load image-dense websites with any consistency. Issues do not occur on other browsers. I receive similar errors on Twitch:

I can't get into my gmail My gmail icon disappeared from my icons screen a few days ago. I had to get into my email by going into Firefox. Now that isn't working either. I decided to make Firefox my browser, so I did that. Now what do I do? I still can't get into my gmail!!!!!!! Please help!!!!!! NOW

the etrade bill pay summary page submit button will not work. instead displaying a red circle with a line through it. Etrade reports they are unaware of any problems. Last worked on 6/30/26. I tried all the general reccomendations. Have not tried edge yet, but that is my next move. I always use the private browsing setting for Etrade.

I've been using kelly blue book to research new cars. Yesterday it would load the vehicle information, but when I click on the blue box "see pricing" it just reloads this page. Has worked fine for the past week or more, but yesterday started doing this?

USING BROWSER MOZILLA FIREFOX, UPPER RIGHT POP UP re: UPDATE AVAILABLE. CLICK DISMISS, OFF MY PAGE INTO ACCUWEATHER ([expletive] Page). TELL ME HOW TO GET RID OF THAT [expletive].

When I select a YouTube home page video mute icon, for sound on a preview, it pops up a mini-player, a notice that I have "saved to watch later," or toggles the mute as expected. Intermittent and unpredictable. I can select one mute icon that toggles the sound, and the preview beside it pops up a watch later.

Win10, Firefox 152.0.6 (64-bit) today, but this has been with me about the last two iterations.

I ran though eleventy-billion experiments and there was no effect from any toggling of settings, add-ons, file deletions, toggled logouts, forced refreshes, you name it. The single positive is that the keyboard "m" works fine to toggle mute in a video page playback, but not the previews at home. I followed AI advice after I gave up on my own ideas, and after recommending everything under the sun the only conclusion offered was related to failed mouse tracking, which is nuts to me. Everything works fine except this YouTube oddity, including videos or sound output on other sites. I was actually surprised that nothing changed YouTube behaviour after my freaking out on FF details; doesn't mean the trick isn't in there somewhere.

In simple terms, I have not read reports of this problem and I have no idea how to proceed.
