A few weeks ago I began getting spam in my inbox from about ten senders (Omaha steaks, C0stco, Marriot, Harbor Freight, Harbor Tools, Ace, Lowes, CVS, Blue Cross) and no matter what I do, I can’t make it stop. In fact, the numbers have grown higher every day - probably now over 100. Marking them as junk doesn’t work. I have triple-checked all my settings. And setting up specific filters with these names hasn't worked. I don’t have a spam add-on but I see here in Support complaints about SpamAssassin’s ineffectiveness.

Is anyone else getting junk from these specific senders? Has anyone discovered a way to banish them?

I get your begging for money, you are obviously young, I have donated more money to you already than all my other email providers combined, period, you will allow me to move , remove as much as I want or I can delete you and you lose any future donations, but ticking me off with this we think this is junk crap trying to get more money from me only makes me want to DELETE YOU YOUNG PEOPLE, you act just like your buddy Google, lmk Anthony, or stop the bs

Please inform me how I can mark senders in Thunderbird as not spam or is there a list of secure senders so their mails will not go to spam folder?

I have 4 email account. One account will not allow me to delete or send to junk box. When I press delete nothing happens. The emails (at least 30) that came in are marked junk too. The other 3 account work fine. I have had these 4 account for years and never had a problem. I have done a complete scan with Norton and nothing came up. Thank You in advance

I have been using Thunderbird for a very long time. Today is the first time I have seen this happen.

In the column on my left side that has my account and folders for those accounts it is showing 5 in my junk account. But in the preview window to the right of that column there is nothing showing as far as any entries as junk mail. It is completely blank. What do I need to do to clear this 5 from the left column Junk folder??

I have tried resetting the machine and that did not work. I even went into the webmail site for my email provider and there is no junk email showing there at all so as far as my email provider goes, it looks like everything is working there.
