I have not made any changes, and it worked previously for years - do you have any suggestions as to the problem? I have tried sending to 3 Hotmail accounts and are all being returned - all other emails work correctly.
I am using plusnet.

I love Thunderbird, I think it is an excellent product all round, but one thing that really, really niggles me is that it continually marks certain senders as junk.
I receive Emails from these senders all the time, and often miss Emails because Thunderbird has marked them as junk, and moved them to the Junk folder, which means I don't see them on my mobile devices (IMAP).
I've marked this sender as "Not Junk" at least a thousand times. Each time it accepts my tag, and moves the Email back to the Inbox. However, that doesn't last, as the next Email, or the one after, or the one after that, ends up in Junk again.
I've seen a few posts that protest - this is not Thunderbird's fault, it's your Email provider, but I've already crossed that one off the list as I have white listed the entire domain at the Email provider. So nothing is getting flagged from the Email provider, to hint that it might be junk.
I'm always on the latest version of Thunderbird, and I have adaptive junk filter logging enabled, but it is completely empty of any logs. I also have "Do not automatically mark mail as junk if the sender is in "collected addresses" & "personal address book". I have a number of entries from this domain in the personal address book, as well as *.@domain-name.com, though I'm not sure if that format is correct to capture the entire domain.
Any help on this matter, gratefully received.

I have just started using Thunderbird and I'm trying to change the default colour for a hyperlink.
I have tried about:config -> browser.anchor_color and browser.active_color but neither has worked.
I also tried using a user.js file but that didn't work either.
I would have thought this would be a fairly basic thing but it seems to be impossible.

I tried closing the program, reopening, and repeating steps 1-3 - failed I tried rebooting the computer and repeated steps 1-3 - failed
How can I move the folder back?

On Windows 11 when I try to set up two accounts for two separate users on the same email server I get an error. When I do the same on Windows 10, it works as expected. I am a long-time user of Thunderbird and have relied on the calendar application extensively. I recently had to purchase a new computer and had to install updated software for everything including Thunderbird. The calendar is giving me fits... When the computer is turned off, I lose all records of previous meetings as well as all scheduled meetings in the future (as well as any scheduled recurring meetings) along with the links to the online meetings. I assume that I have a problem in my settings but I don't know where to begin... I have looked for other similar problems on line and most seem to be associated with sync-ing with other calendar applications - but I don' use other calendar applications and don't sync with any other applications.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My wife and I each have Thunderbird installed on our computers. While we each have individual email addresses, we also have one email address we share, and we access it via Thunderbird.
If I'm marking certain messages as junk on my computer, will that designation only apply to my computer or, because of the common email address, will it mark those same messages as junk on my wife's computer?

Since transferring to a new mac a few weeks ago and using the latest version of Thunderbird, I've noticed that the search function is not finding all emails even when entering specific names or subjects that I know to be correct. It is showing a mixture of old and new results but certainly not showing all of them. I'm not aware of having changed any settings but this feature was pretty reliable before the change over.
