I need help to log into Thunderbird. I get the same message over and over again (login to server imap.videotron.ca with username...............failed. I've tried several tried and true passwords from before and none fit.

Thunderbird can't send or receive messages. Password is has been altered and a new one must be loaded but I don't know how doe do this.

Hi , I am trying to log into my Thunderbird email account on a new computer , I have forgotten/lost the password ,I found the page to view/change passwords but it is asking me for my password before it will let me see it !.I am still logged in on my old computer !.What can I do ?
