i just updated firefox android nightly to 140.0a1 and found a new feature that drive me crazy: it's locked the private tab behind my android fingerprint/password every single time I'm open it (like, from private tab > go to home > enter firefox again)

and i want to disable it completely (please don't ask me to confirmed my fingerprint/password every single time I'm access private tabs) but can't find an option to do so in setting/about:config

so if anyone know how to disabled it please help

I recently fully switched over to Firefox, outside a few minor things it's working beautifully. However since a few weeks i'm having huge problems with the text-fields within the browser, like Google Search and various other sites. I switched from Stable to Beta, no luck. To prove it still exists, I used the nightly build. It deletes whole pieces of text when pressing space and when backspacing the word sometimes returns. It's very unusual behaviour, but other browsers dont have it.

I'm using a Pixel 9 Pro, latest update (BP1A.250505.005.C1). I tried with Google Keyboard and Microsoft Swiftkey, both give the same issues and it's honestly not usable anymore for me. Below there is a screen recording showing the issue.

Hi, I know this is a long shot but I'm wondering if it's possible to sync downloads across Firefox devices. I lost my phone recently and I had a LOT of downloads on it that I couldn't backup to the cloud. Is it possible to somehow make those available through another device, like my laptop that has Firefox?

I hope to use the international version of Firefox browser, which can provide me with an offline language pack for Chinese when using automatic translation. Currently, Chinese translation is not supported, and there is no Chinese language pack available among the offline language packs that can be added.

Trying to sync my samsung to my windows PC and there is no "sync and save data" button. I went to my account and to sync settings and then pressed "sync now", but still nothing happened

When I try to use Firefox for Android on my Pixel cell, most prompts and other text show up in Bangla instead of English. I don't speak Bangla, and only found out what it was when, at the Google Play store, I found a "translate" prompt. When I clicked on it, the reply came, "Sorry, we don't support Bangla yet." I was then directed to "choose another source language." Yet when I clicked on the dropdown, four results were listed, all of them similar-looking Asian words that meant nothing to me. In effect, I am left without access to my browser, except by luck if I happen to guess right about how to get to where I want to go. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks!

bonjour, il est impossible de synchroniser son telephone avec son ordinateur , il demande le mot de passe, et sur le le téléphone quand on tape son mot de passe ou son code d'autorisation pour se connecter ça ne fonctionne pas , tous ça même si ils sont bon Cordialement

The options offered in the settings do not work to disable this trash feature. I don't want a damn popup menu for any google play link I open when I check a game on the play store.

I don't want to disable the play store to stop the browser nagging me about opening a link in when I don't want to open any link in any app. This same issue has been posted before one year ago and is still present.
