media library images not showing and shown as black box with message that the image is from the website you are working on. then when inserted into the edit page is still a black box but when published for ‘Firefox’

I am trying to check in-store stock of an item on a website. When I click to check stock it opens another page but the only thing on the page is the browser frame with the word "safe" in the upper left corner. The links work on all my other browsers. I have used troubleshooting mode and refreshed Firefox but it continues to happen.

First off, I have only ever used Firefox in English. I don't speak enough of any other language well enough to do otherwise. I booted up my gaming PC today and opened Firefox, and the language on my menus, bookmarks toolbar, and almost all Firefox UI has randomly changed to what looks like it might be Greek. I can't change it back. It looks from the settings page that the selected language is English, but again I don't speak or read Greek so I have no idea what's going on here. I've run a virus scan, nothing came up. I tried clearing the Firefox startup cache, that didn't help. It's only the Firefox menus that are in Greek, webpages are still showing up in English like they should.

Can somebody help me fix this please? I use Firefox as my main browser on all of my PCs and I don't want to have to switch to using Chrome on one of them. Thanks!

I will post an image to show what is happening when I use the paste in the toolbar search item. I did a retore to defaults and it fixed the issue until the next day after a reboot of the pc and it is back. Anybody else see this behavior and know how to fix it? Thanks, Dave

p.s. I wrote up a larger version of this and tried to share data which didn't work automatically and wiped out my story. :(

How do I stop the Firefox popup ads, every time I open my browser? I will NEVER ACCEPT ANY OFFER via this method!

Also, how do I change the defaulted "keep me logged in" check box to NO CHECK CHECK MARK in that field as default. This is a security issue!

Hi: I use a web site and they have a chat box where I can get help . The chat box does not appear in Firefox . it does appear when I use Edge. I have entered the web site in all the exception places. I just have not idea what's wrong.

I now have four websites that either won't open in Firefox or open better in Chrome. Firefox is my default browser and I hate the aggravation of opening a new tab for Chrome to access those four sites. They are sites I use regularly.

This page opens, then almost instantly disappears. Have refreshed, reinstalled Firefox. Nothing helps.

It will load on Safari, it is allowed under "cookies" etc.

I rec'd a 'side by side error msg and cannot get into FF. All solutions were pointing me to Microsoft and I thought that was not the path I should be taking...besides it looked more complicated than my skill level could handle. When I went to uninstall then reinstall FF, using both Add & Remove Programs from the control panel as well as using the FF uninstall via the helper.exe file I got the message that the helper file was corrupted. I lost my old session and while attempting to fix the issue I overwrote my sessionstore.json backups in the process. Now all i have are the upgrade.jsonlz4 files, i know those are old session backups from when we upgraded. how do i go about restoring those as a session? when i follow the typical session restore steps nothing happens seemingly because its a jsonlz4 - XXXXXX file.

Any way to change it to a normal jsonlz4 file?

So, I was just going to Youtube, and on the search bar, there was a little robot. I hovered my cursor over and it said I was under remote control. The reason is DevTools whatever that is. I do some research and turn it off. Go back in and it reappears again. Please help.

Just recently started using Firefox and Duckduckgo. Suddenly any attempt to use my credit card to charge anything I cannot click on the icon, or enter CC info. Very strange. Same is true for Shopify although Shopify does send me a verification code. Only thing that works is PayPal. Annoying.

I've been a Firefox user for quite some time now, thank you!

Currently, I'm working on a new website for my business and have a custom font that I'm trying to get compatible across all browsers. For some reason, I can't seem to get the right CSS to have it work on my Firefox browser, despite the trusty Internet assuring me it should be otherwise!

This is the CSS I'm using at the moment:

@font-face {

 font-family: 'Santana';
 src: url('santana.woff2') format('woff2'),
      url('santana.woff') format('woff'),
      url('santana.ttf') format('truetype');

}

I'm wondering how I might go about circumventing this issue so that the Santana script also shows on Firefox browsers.
