Can you type in "about:crashes" into your browser without quotes and then provide us with the crash id's so we can help easier.

These are just a few of the crash report numbers I have. They all start with bp- and then follow with the above numbers. I also did attempt to update my graphic driver as it mentioned on one of the reports. However, the report calls for an update of 257.21 or newer, but my Nvidia GeForce driver does not support the 257.21 update. The most current driver update was 175.19 geforce. My crashing problems were intermittent until I updated to FireFox 11. Now they happen everytime I open my browser.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

I did conduct a malware and spyware "clean up" on my system prior to contacting you. I will check into the firewall and see if that is a problem.

The first crashes that you posted all seem to be related to the network connection and sending data.

What are the connection settings in Firefox?

• Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection > Settings
• https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Options+window+-+Advanced+panel

The proxy setting is set up to use proxy's. That is the only setting in the connections tab. Should they be set to auto detect or something else?

Try the "No proxy" setting to see if that helps.
