I have tried to update my Firefox twice, from 4.0 to 8 and 9. Nothing works, I only get "Fel vid sidhämtning. Servern hittades inte". What do I do?
I followed the download steps, and was successful, but still I could not use the browser. My colleage did the same and it worked out for her. I have downloaded many times, and nothing seemed unnormal.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
