How can I get FF to print my crossword in greyscale?

I belong to The Times crossword website. when a crossword is accessed there are two buttons on the page: print in black, print in grey. If you click on print in grey the crossword turns grey, and it appears grey on the page and in print preview. However, it still prints black! It started following upgrade to FF4 and did not happen with any previous version, and it happens with two different printers, so I am assuming it is a problem with FF and not the website. I have further discovered that if in print preview you click on "print," and then cancel the print dialogue and click on print again, this time it prints grey! So at least I have a temporary, if somewhat irritating workaround. Does anyone have any clue what is happening here? Is it a genuine bug or what? All assistance appreciated!
