How do I report a broken website HSN.

I followed the instructions to turn off the Enhanced Security for that site. I have always been able to click on a single item like a blouse and it takes me right to it for purchase. But when I click on their menu like active wear I get the message below. Why can I access it on a single item be denied the rest of the site.


Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.hsn.com/shop/fashion/fa" on this server.

You would have to ask a HSN repersentative why they decide to block some interactions from clients.
