Forgot Primary Password Or Never Had One in the First Place! I Don't Know Or Remember Regardless I Can't Log in! Can You Fix This For Me Please ? I Can't Fix It at my End At all! I Try Only To Fail!

Robert, are you sure that it is the Primary Password that you are being prompted for? See this article for more information: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/use-primary-password-protect-stored-logins
If the Primary Password is what you are being asked for, then see the section "Remove the Primary Password" for further steps. (But note the warnings about all saved logins being deleted, if you decide to reset it.)
